My daughter was assaulted at school with a deadly weapon causing trauma. The school district did not want the attention so quieted the investigation and covered it up..
If you note most of shooting and violence in schools are done by ex students that were bullied at school and school officials like Gonzalo Salazar and Daniel Tamez cover it up. Then influence is used to have corrupt judges from permitting cases to be adjudicated. Also it is not good business for Insurances to start paying this kind of cases and Business get judges elected. My daughter stopped going to court as the Judges were unprofessional and resorted to screaming. I though Judge Rincones was different from Magallanes, but not really.
Mr. Oliveria (defense) and Judge Rincones wanted my daughter present at hearing.
Mija showed up and Judge went bat shit crazy and started screening at her. They all knew she had PTSD. Judge tried to scare my daughter so she would drop suit through intimidation and coercion. IF YOU CONTINUE WANTING EVIDENCE YOU WILL PAY EVERYONE’S ATTORNEY FEES.
Allstate called us a nuisance. Filed summery judgement. Summery Judgment is basically you have no evidence.
A summery Judgement has no testimony. Judge Rincones gave Mr. Oliveria (defense) an opportunity to testify, a clear breach of fairness established by The Texas Rules of civil procedures. Mr. Oliveria is suppose to amend his summery motion 21 days before the hearing so I can research and respond. Judge gave Oliveria unprecedented advantage and access to the proceeding. NOT a mistake as both are lawyers and know the law. They have no excuse for the breach of law.
Judge Rincones of the 445th said Pro Se Plaintiffs would be held to professional lawyer standards.
But that did not include HER or her buddy attorney.

So Border Patrol abuses to citizens to make money, Tax office unwilling to help citizen to make change to pay for permits in same building, Construction permit crooks wont take checks, credit cards nor make change so they round up, construction permits forcing senior citizens to do a full electrical upgrade when repairs can be grandfathered in. The District clerk issued a witness subpoena to appear at court for trial date knowing full well the judge was going to dismiss the case. Falsification of a governmental record is a CRIME. Tittle 7 does not give immunity to criminals. At least is not by law but everyone covers up for each other in Government.
They also tried putting me in Jury Jail when protesting in Austin. Compel me to return home and make myself ready for a long trial to let Magallanes get re elected. The Oliverias need people with weak constitution. Like Rincones and her staff.
We pay them out of our taxes to cheat us.

This is a chronic issue in Cameron County District Courts.
Note: Magallanes did recognize all I wanted was to exercise my rights. I honestly believe he became a better judge because of this. People make mistakes. Rincones on the other hand is a spiteful being and unbending crooked ways.

Mr. Oliveria (defense) tried to miss use enforcement on plaintiffs knowing full and well we were not respondents to subpoena. Clear scare tactic. Rincones knew it would not work and had to figure out another way of violating the cannon laws to get around civil right to due process…
Events
We moved to valley to be close to family from Houston

We used to cook out every other weekend. Relationships where strained and do not do it anymore
–
Mija loved Ice skating. Went to McAllen. Had training in Houston. Mija is Worried about being attacked so stopped going
Mijas relationships with friends was strained and stopped to almost none existent
Mija loved sleep over’s with cousins at least twice a month. Has not done it since
Relationships with aunts and uncles were damaged. No contact. Feelings of personal attack when they provided advice
Relationship with grandma and all family in general is none existent since.
-Relationship with father became distant as she withdrew to her room and slept all the time. We used to take trips to visit family, movies, going to beach, going to park. Out of town excursions to amusement parks, carnivals etc.. All that enjoyment stopped Mija felt safer at home and did not want to go out.

Relationships at work are strained. She feels attacked even when the only thing happening is direction being provided or any criticism is seen as an attack on her person. Causing stress and affliction. Many times came home crying.
I made a crib and blankets before Mija was born. I looked forward to grand children. Unfortunately, Mija’s health was being affected by anxiety and stress eating to a point chronic obesity and decease on set. Mija had to have bariatric surgery to avoid complications. That means she will never be able to have children. She would be unable to feed a child during pregnancy. This saddens me every day. It hurts; I but know her life was more important and have to accept her decision to do the surgery. I have suffered with her every night she lay awake crying
It’s hard to be able to go somewhere knowing Mija suffers panic and anxiety and constantly needs me around. I do not go anywhere really. When I have too it is very hard.
